Your Divorce

My spouse and I both agree to end the marriage, and we have been physically separated for more than one year.  If you and your spouse both agree to the divorce, our service can make the divorce process easier to deal with. Most of the time, everything can be done through the mail, so you don't even need to see your spouse if you don't want to.

We both agree how we  will divide our property and debts, or the property and debts have already been divided.  If you've already separated and divided everything or if you're able to agree on how you will divide your property and debts, we will document your decisions in legal terms the court can understand.

We  agree  who  will have custody  of our children, and  what  the visitation schedule will be with each parent.  If you have children, this is usually the most difficult aspect of your divorce. However, we know from experience that you can still effectively co-parent even though you're no longer a couple.
